In a little over a month, Ravens receiver Torrey Smith and Redskins linebacker Ryan Kerrigan will take their talents to the hardwood for charity.

The two NFL players are using their namesakes and foundations to raise money for causes they believe in by hosting a celebrity basketball game. Selected teammates of each player are expected to join them on the basketball court for this game.

The Torrey Smith Foundation’s mission is to aid Baltimore-area youth with the support and resources to further educational opportunities.

Kerrigan’s Blitz for the Better Foundation is aimed at helping Washington, D.C. based youth that are seriously ill or have special needs.

The two are dubbing this game the Battle of the Beltway and tickets have gone on sale. The basketball game will be played on March 29 at the University of Maryland Comcast Center in College Park, Md. Tickets are $15 in advance and $20 the week of.

Proceeds will go toward both foundations.
